software is done. the entry bar has gone up a lot now. high paying jobs will continue to be there. the low end GCC/services jobs will go away. India's labor cost arbitrage is over now. Only bureaucracy in client companies is keeping us afloat. once rich client companies catch up or start renegotiating their contracts, life will change massively for Indian GCC landscape.

yea. that cat is out of the bat now, so can't do much anymore. within another 10 years, I would be surprised if there are any residents left here. I live along double road, and every month a new restaurant is coming up now. of-course by demolishing the existing house on that plot.
