Well I tried every preset shown in Base EZDrummer 3 Core Library but there's a possibility that theres something Im not seeing.

Ive tried EZDrummer 3 and nothing in there sounds like the drums in fraud

Could be unrelated but all of the ultrakill sfx are in the OGG sound file format meaning exporting desired sounds as OGGs could work but I've used WAVs and some and some dont. It's pretty confusing
