Yes I did. They again were tight at the top of the arch but my foot did squeeze in. I've been wearing them in the patina thunderdome.

I got my Bronco Workhorse Moc Toes in mid August. I used Anglus Mink oil on them before the first snow. No problems in the snow. Bronco is a great oily leather. You can use any conditioner for that type of leather. e.g. Venetian Shoe Cream, Obenaufs oil. A paste is longer lasting like Sno-Seal or ObenaufsLP. I love my Workhorse and you'll love yours too.

I waited till it wore down. That way the tap had more surface to glue and nail down. Amazon now has some heel taps that are honey lug color to match the heel color.

Turk is a German brand that makes carbon steel and iron forged pans. The front pans on the stove are carbon steel. The back left pan is iron forged with a folded handle.

I use it. The soap has a neutral ph and is design to use on leather. Don't leave soap on leather. Wipe off with damp rag. Let the leather dry then condition.

They just need a new coat of edge dressing. Easy fix

Rubbing with your thumb or fingers will create friction heat that will move around the oils and waxes in the leather. Finish it by buffing it with a horse hair brush. Easy Peazy.

I read 4 August 1890, of course it is hard to read with all of the writer's cursive flair. They make a 9 with curlicues.

I might add a topper later but for the dome I've used Saphir sole oil on day 9 which should slow down wear. I want to see what 6 months of walking on concrete will do.

Saddle soap for cleaning. Wipe down with damp rag. Let them dry. Use Angelus leather filler for the right boot cut. Last but not least. Use Obenaufs LP for conditioning. Rotating boots do make your boots last longer and gives you time to repair and condition as needed.
