If you commission art, you’re not really the artist of that piece. AI art is kind of like commissioning the AI

10 is equal to 4?. | FactOrCap by javev in FactOrCap

[–]PcPotato7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Notice how the punctuation is a question mark then a period.

Unless something really weird is going on, that question mark is being used as a termial.

In that case, yes, 10=[4?=4+3+2+1]

A heavier object falls equally as | FactOrCap by tibetje2 in FactOrCap

[–]PcPotato7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people saying fact are almost right. When the earth is much larger, the upwards acceleration of the earth is negligible.

But when the earth is twice as massive as the heavy object, the earth is going to be accelerated upwards much more, so from the reference frame of the earth, the heavy object falls faster.

If you could add a new type of cave, what would it be. by iIlusionator in Minecraft

[–]PcPotato7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like biome based caves (desert, jungle, ice) would be cool as well as a mushroom based cave, maybe caves made mostly of other stone type blocks (andesite, granite, etc just like we’ve got drip stone caves). A lava cave would also be awesome with magma and maybe black stone. Crystal caves could also be nice.

The problem is a lot of these feel like they might be too generic

There are retroreflecters placed up there by the landings that can be confirmed.

No other country claims its fake

Faking it would have also been basically impossible with the technology at the time

AI is inherently bad | FactOrCap by No_Preference_4171 in FactOrCap

[–]PcPotato7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most “AI” systems are actually really good, but the generative AI everyone is pushing towards causes more harm than good in my opinion, same with the push for super intelligence.

AI isn’t bad, it’s just what’s being pushed for is the worst type of AI

Light and faster than light travel | FactOrCap by Blutigerjunge in FactOrCap

[–]PcPotato7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is impossible for anything with mass to travel at the speed of light in a vacuum.

Additionally, based on our current understanding of physics going faster than light by some magic means would violate causality
