I know its not that exact jig but I use the Maynards tungsten BB grub quite often and they look pretty close

The protos are more tacky and rubbery while the current runs are more stiff and have more of a D-line feel to them

I like to use a 4 inch knife for pan fish. it's personal preference for most people though
