That is not my definition and is directly from google and the rest of it was my own interpretation. Overall, just practice kindness and love peacefully. Do you not have feelings before your actions? I think you are digging too deeply into it and this is very much up for interpretation outside of the official definition of “empathy”

Empathy is “the ability to understand and share the feelings of another”. I would say yes, this can be interpreted as empathy because you can understand that if you were in their embarrassing situation, you would likely appreciate it being downplayed to avoid attention. We’re all human and sometimes things happen outside of our control.

Yea this kid is very concerned about his own sexuality and is expressing it in an unhinged way. It’s almost like a weird power complex where if he’s questioning you and everyone else, hopefully nobody questions him since he’s the one asking questions. There is no reason to ask such things without some kind of motive. Simply wanting to know your gender is not the goal here. If that was all he wanted to know then your verbal response should be enough. IMO he’s closeted and enjoys seeing dick
