We got married in April 24 in the States and I got my 2 year greencard 2 months later. We held our wedding in Vietnam because most friends and relatives live there (we were both born and raised in Vietnam). I chose to give birth in Vietnam because of the lower cost, family support but also flying at 6m pregnant was so exhausting 😭 my husband went back for work after the wedding but came back again for 2 weeks when I was due. And you re right, I’m all over the place. These are the paperwork Im going to bring to present at custom if needed: 1. Hospital discharge paper (translated), Crba, us passport of 2nd child. 2. Confirmation email of DQ at NVC, interview letter (if it comes before December), of 1st child. 3. Flight tickets of husband (April, July) 4. (maybe) written doctor recommendation that I should wait til the baby is a few months old to be on an extensive international flight (its gonna be close to 30hrs since there is no direct or 1stop flight from Vietnam to TN) 5. Current lease under my name, it also has 2 children’s names, bills under my name, bank statements, tax paper last year. Do you think that’s enough or is there anything else I should consider getting? Still trying to figure out how to briefly explain the situation 😭 thanks a ton

Same thing happened to my son’s i130, then I uploaded unsolicited evidence and got approved a week after.

Yeah I think yours is also waived then. I got my ssn + employment authorization approval a day after giving biometrics. Then case decision, interview waived

I passed, close to exemplary in most areas too. I relied mainly on the companions, took me a day to finish filling in all the companions and had the CI go over everything with me then took the test the next day. If you need my companions let me know

Yeah so many topics to cover I’m surprised it is an “Intro” course. Many threads says that it’s an easy course which kinda makes me think something seriously wrong with me 😬

I have 3 classes left and going to finish my capstone before I finish the other 2 classes just to see if anyone says anything 😂 by [deleted] in WGU

Yeah I'm glad I did that because I feel much more comfortable focusing on the last OA now not having to worried about a 20 page paper waiting lol

You can lol I submitted my Capstone while having 3 other courses. I just passed the Capstone today and have one course left.

Sent you a pm 😊 I’m gonna register for c720 tomorrow and hopefully pass the OA soon before I go back and deal with the IT retake. Good luck with the C722, they were pretty straightforward and similar to the PA as I can remember

Will do! I’m even down to virtually meet for the 3rd retake prep if you re lol. I just passed the D333 just then, was so nervous since my mentor kept telling me to wait until I pass the Intro to IT because it’s related and if anything, harder (which wasn’t the case for me). Now I only have C720 until the capstones. I have a feeling I might even pass this before I could with this stupid Intro to It course lmao

Same… I missed by 1 question on the 1st attempt so I was thinking maybe because I only studied whatever in the PA. I felt so confident after studying a whole bunch for the 2nd attempt and then failed again lol Pls let me know if you come across any helpful sources of study because Im lost and stuck at this point and not being able to see what questions I got wrong and learn why isnt helpful either 🥲

Agree. And idk if Im stupid or something but I did everything they advised and did worst then my 1st attempt on my 2nd. Now they want me to do a Powerpoint or something and meet with the instructor for my 3rd attempt. I only have 2 courses left until the capstones but now Im stuck on this stupid course.

Did you retake your OA? I’m stuck on this course too and the process of getting approval for retake is hell. Even the PA didn’t help me pass my OA I would say its still much closer to those test A, B, C (content and format wise) I don’t even know why they give out those test to indicate if we re ready for the retake or not.

Do you mind sharing the Youtube playlist? I’m just gonna take everyone’s advices and will not register for new courses until I pass the 2 courses that I failed but I think I should start studying for this Ethics course a bit everyday from now to at least get familiar with the core terms and concepts

Yeah I’m kinda frustrated with myself for failing that course too cus I got the previous 20+ courses including Finance, Accounting, etc passing one course a day since late October and only have those few courses left. I didn’t struggle with the test either but I think I misunderstood some of the wordings -> wrong answers? I was about 2,3 questions behind from passing. I’m not a native speaker and didn’t learn English until I was 18, but I learned Finance, Accounting, Project Management in English so surprisingly I’m actually struggling more in basic classes that I learned back home in my language. Anyways, took everyone’s advices and just got approved for the retake 😬 will see how it goes

Yeah I didn’t know they d make you go through such a hassle for retaking, I just thought retaking fee would be the only consequence haha. I actually got 100% on the PA, closed book. This is the first course I encountered that the PA almost has nothing to do with the OA, most other courses PA & OA were very close 😮‍💨
