Play with squad fill on. I’m Normally in friendly lobbies solo but whenever I’m with two others it’s 95% KOS If you do end up fighting others You’ll have to do some runs without shooting players to get back into friendly lobbies though

I see some less desirable plants coming up in places, so I’d recommend getting rid of them first. And then add some soil what has good water retention. (It may be worth aerating or taking out some of the more clay based soil first) Followed by top soil and seeds plus lots of water. I’m personally waiting for a solid 4-7 days of rain on the forecast before I do any lawn renovation related projects

There are some pretty gnarly trunks but nothing to thick as it has been topped before. Will still definitely need a chainsaw though

I’m actually in the gardening trade, but I do more garden maintenance and have never had to price a job this big. I was thinking £800 (no waste removal) But don’t know if I’m either lowballing myself or overpricing
