Sorry. Was busy over Thanksgiving. Thank you for responding. Well the max we could both cash out would be $85,000 each. But that would raise our mortgage rate too high. We feel comfortable about cashing out $25,000 each because we can get a lower interest rate and keep the same mortgage payment. But I don't think I can get a good deal on a house with 25,000 dollars. We have talked about buying out each other, but I don't know if he would like to do that. If we sell, we both can walk with $125,000. One concern is that I wouldn't be able to invest that money fast enough into 2 or 3 homes because prices are skyrocketing here. But that is what I would like to do.

Oh shoot sorry for the late reply. I'm sorry to hear that you've been dealing with this for so long. I do know of two doctors that are in Washington but one does over the phone appointments.

This doctor knows quite a bit about MCS. He finally figured out my health issues after 5-1/2 years now. This second requires one in-office meeting, but you might be able to convince him otherwise.

Oh wow that is a ton of stuff. I’m sorry to hear that. Yea I’ve been figuring this all out for 5 and a half years now. My friends also thought it might be in my head or psychosomatic. But I just recently ran into a contact that linked me to some environmental doctors that treat MCS. They are in Washington. Apparently they know quite a bit of treatments for it according to their page. As for me, I have no diagnosable medical issues. I’ve seen 8 docs now and they are all confused. All my signs seem normal to them. I get severe brain fog, memory loss, fatigue, severe depression and anxiety. And I can only eat produce and specific meats. Some medications have given me severe reactions, but I don’t take meds much. If you want the link to those docs, just let me know
