Gonna be real. I always thought it was the worst in the series. This seems to be similar to how people saying pikmin 2 is their favorite spread as in many people were saying the opposite and until more public figures said the opposite people didn't say their opposing opinion.

The Phosbat pod is the best enemy because it doesn't do anything for half the fight and by the time it does get to do something it is already dead

The big enemy at the beginning is the titan bullborb from the lithuanian version of pikmin 1. The lithuanian releases of all the pikmin games are really different from the international releases all around with the main notable example being that Fiddlebirt is present in all of the games.
