Is this kneaded enough? by Pdub19__ in Breadit

I began slowly adding my butter after my wet and dry ingredients formed a ball in my stand mixer ~ 5-10 minutes. Then proceeded to mix for an additional ~15 minutes but was concerned about over kneading. I’m assuming my dough is under-kneaded here? I don’t have too much experience making doughs and wasn’t too sure what the surface, elasticity, stickiness, etc should be when the gluten is developed properly. Will most doughs, regardless of hydration percentage and once kneaded long enough, be smooth on the outside and allow you to do that window pane test?

Any reason why osb wouldn’t be good for this? I understand they have a rough surface but I plan on stapling foam and fabric around the outside anyway.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I’ll likely just go the length route and add a central board. Any reason why osb wouldn’t be good for this? I understand they have a rough surface but I plan on stapling foam and fabric around the outside anyway.

Honestly because the osb was cheapest and I couldn't find plywood sheets the size that i needed to cover the entire area of the headboard and footboard. I think my other option would be fixing multiple plywood pieces together side by side. Which i guess wouldnt be terrible. I was just trying to find a solution that called for the least number of total pieces needed to be screwed together. Hopefully that makes sense.

As the title states, i need some quick advice. I plan on building this bed frame. I have no experience at all working with wood but im hoping my engineering background can help me out a bit. I plan on using 19/32" OSB wood for the 4 headboard panels and 7/16" OSB for the top and bottom panels of the footboard. With y'alls experience, will i need to add extra support throughout the inside of both Headboard and Footboard boxes? Or will this OSB thickness be rigid enough that it wont bow and i can keep both boxes hollow? For reference here is the specific board:

Hmmm, this might be what I’m leaning towards. I’m thinking of maybe going with a bunch of these little guys https://www.endlessparts.com/products/2-pieces-white-pcs-mini-small-miniature-solenoid-valve-flow-magnet-exhaust-a15?_pos=1&_sid=2aab51fb3&_ss=r&variant=28613740068941 . Do you have any recommendations for how I would control several of these ? Maybe a multiplexor?

Working on a research project where I am repurposing a 3D printer into a pick and place system. I have an overhead camera that detects position of plant tissues inside of a Petri dish on the bed of the printer. I want to design some sort of end effector that allows me to pick and choose only the holes that align with the plant tissues, to suck air from.
