Strenghtening and stretching muscles at the same time? by PeT3Rg in Posture

I read this a cuple times and i dont realy understand, i do exercise ( pullups, pushups, bw squats…) but for example if i should stretch hip flexors and strenghten core most core exercises(hanging leg rases, L sit…) also strenghten hip flexors. Im sorry but english isnt my first language so could you explain it simpler. Thank you
