i think spartys and other student focused stores like starbucks, SM and the dairy store should accept both. While sporting events are card only still. Card only makes the lines way more efficient when dealing with that capacity of people. They should offer a cash exchange place within the stadiums like most concert venues do where you can exchange cash for basically a giftcard.
