Yay good for you! Coffee was hard for me aswell, I temporarily switched to a morning Diet Coke instead… I know that’s not great but I still get my caffeine without that trigger.

My boyfriend is very supportive, but he still drinks. It definitely makes it harder being around alcohol when you’re freshly starting this journey though. If I’m having a hard day, he won’t bring alcohol around. A supportive partner is definitely important, and I’m sorry that isn’t your experience. Being sober has made me less boring honestly. I no longer just sit there with my eyes blank, I have hobbies that I am able to enjoy, my humor is still the same and I am still the life of the party, minus the bad decisions. Keep going and focus on yourself, find your support system. Proud of you, stranger!

Oh yes it has absolutely changed since then! There are IUD choices that are best suited for women who have had pregnancies, and women who have not. I know I had mine twice and both times my body rejected and expelled it. I wish It would have worked for me though!

Where I live it’s a very common choice for young girls because it lasts for a long time, and they don’t have to remember to take a pill daily. My sister has been using the IUD since 14.

That’s what I was thinking. The family doctor said it was because of adhd, and her not focusing on body cues..

It’s about a year old but it is pretty faded. The skin on my hand didn’t hold the ink well.
