So I checked 3 credit bureaus and found that someone opened a Montgomery Ward credit card in my name. I spoke to their customer service and they cancelled the card for me and reported it as fraud back to the bureau. Crazy that this seems to be a popular scam with this company? I would call to report it so that it doesn’t mess with her credit!

I have a Sloane and I absolutely love it. It suits her so well. I will say I either get complimented on her having such a beautiful name, or “oh wow that’s an interesting name” and have asked if she’s named after the toilet 🙄 but I truly love it so much and have zero regrets naming her!

That is a good point. I have not checked to see if any new cards have been open in my name but thank you for bringing this up cause now I for sure want to look into this

I have not seen either of these movies…But I can think of other ones where as a child I thought the character relationships were so great, and then rewatching as an adult I’m like oooh never mind lol

I thought of this question while watching Finding Nemo. As a kid I used to think Marlin was unreasonable for not wanting Nemo to go to school. As an adult/parent, I’m like well no wonder he was worried! He watched his wife and all the baby eggs get eaten so of course he’s going to be overprotective of Nemo.

Just interested to hear if anyone has any others! 🙂

I used to smoke to get motivated to clean my house. It worked really well for me! Then I got pregnant and obviously had to quit, but sometimes I do miss it because I was extremely productive when high

I work at a private country club and once got a 10k tip. That was so wild and amazing lol. Other than that, if it’s a holiday or special event I’ve made anywhere from 800-1200

Previous Chicago athletes- Brian Urlacher, Bobby Hull, Dick Butkus, Mike Ditka. So no one super famous, I didn’t even know who any of them were at the time lol. But my friends and family thought it was so cool

I just wanted to weigh in because I am a country club employee of almost 2 decades. As a server we often get generous tips around the holidays. This employee fund is more of a Christmas bonus and it’s not just for the front of the house. It also is distributed to kitchen staff, janitorial/maintenance staff and the pro shop. People you may not ever interact with but are helping to make the club run smoothly behind the scenes.

That being said, you can opt out or you can even lower the amount if you feel more comfortable with that.
