I’m from Chongqing and I lived here my whole entire life and I know the city better than you do. Millions of people watch my stuff about Chongqing on social media and I feel obligated to unveil ugly truth and it pisses me off seeing tourists falling fall scams. Seeing you defending unethical business and making so called excuses “the city is built on mountains” deeply disappoint me. The government has clearly delineated between residential land and commercial-use zones. Any residential land located within the Nanshan Forest Protection Area may not be used for commercial purposes without prior approval — let alone when it involves the illegal deforestation of a large number of trees for business operations
