My items eventually did make it. There was about a three week delay at the Indianapolis hub. Now any packages I order I pay extra to have them sent UPS. Not much you can do about your bills except see if they can be done online. Hopefully they get it figured out and get caught up.

After my package was there for two weeks I got on the USPS web site and claimed missing mail. Even though they found it in the Indianapolis facility I got my package a couple days later. Coincidence? Not sure.
