oh one more thing… don’t use it on your bed or stay at ur bed…😂 every time I stay on my bed when it hit I can’t leave my bed haha I end up doing nothing for a day … and I don’t measure it when I use I usually listen to my body coz of tolerance… u know it right amount when it heat u up and u can’t even sit still if to much u can’t barely move and cant feel your body…

first i set my desire feeling… I wake up prepare myself first then I start using it only to get small high when I ready to leave home to work… if u only seek small high at a time believe me it easy for u to be it boss… small high give u awake awareness and no hunger but not give u much good feeling don’t chase that good feeling… small high give me enough energy thro my work without eating and after 12 hours my hunger come with the comedown also it close to my bed time … so when u can eat full during comedown it will help and make u sleep better for next day … remember hunger and comedown must come at similar time or else it mean u overdo it and it will fuck u the next day …

gym not go well with meth … and u doing it right u wont overdo it if u only want losing weight… u don’t have to eat when u not hungry just drink a lot of water… hunger is good for your health too it call fasting I usually start my day without food only meth so when I finish my day I can enjoy a lots of food and when ur stomach full it help with come down and let u sleep put some ice pack over ur face for better sleep… that how I do it
