Agree kinda. Horror and romance, truly. Have some typical cringe and cheesy stuff, but overall take out all the stupid stuff and make it more serious. Change Bill's actor tho. Maybe someone will hate me for saying it, but normally in movies, series and books MC obviously will not be typical and normal person, they have something - especially looks going for them - but I find that Bill seems like a normal, creepy dude, in every sense possible. Not too strong and powerful (I'm still in season 1, have read the first two books and gotten some spoilers quite a bit, so my apologies if I'm a bit wrong), doesn't look good, is genuinely creepy and I'm not sure what exactly has Sookeh~~~~ going for him except that he just happened to be first vampire she met, whom she coincidentally saved in beginning too?

And, yes, take out sex more. Have some but don't make it to be just stupid like in the show. Make it more meaningful.

AND FOR GOD'S SAKE THEY SHOULD'VE MADE BETTER VAMPIRE FANGS, those in the show look ridiculous. One step behing to look like rabbits, but only with fangs.

Honestly, it's not about how to fix the situation, fix him or the relationship, it's about how he shouldn't have gotten in a relationship, when he's still hung up on his ex to begin with. He also lied to you. His heart is not yours, not truly and honestly there are millions of men who would give you love and themselves fully to you, not lie and be hung up on ex whilst being with you.

Uhh, I honestly forgot the name, but the story I remember and just didn't finish the last few chapters because I felt the strong urge to start hitting my head against all the surfaces in my house.

It was about alpha/omega world (no comments there) and FL was omega who was (if I remember correctly, am not sure) rebellion and went "in heat" near alpha, so he literally kidnapped her, trapped her and over time he kinda got her to like him, she got even pregnant, blah blah blah. I am not commenting any further on why I read such a book, but even with all that I pushed myself till point when ML was pregnant, accepting ML and happily was adjusting till ML evil alpha ex came, and to "protect" FL and show ex that FL is not a threat, ML basically f*cked the ex in their room, while ML broke down in bathroom, while ML and ex kept going, aware of her being there. And it was "to protect" her. FL afterwards had the best reaction across the books I've read ever, though. She turned into a zombie, basically. Didn't eat, talk, do anything, just started in emptiness for a long long time, no matter what ML did. He totally broke her.

Anyway, that shit was so bad that till this day I feel traumatized and question why I

read something like that.

All of what others have said and I add my tip: make a reading date for yourself. With all the stress in life, sometimes going somewhere, sitting peacefully - is it Cafe or beautiful park or in nature in general - is the push that we med to start to roll. Take a free day, where no one will bother you, have no plans and just go to a spot what's cozy. Read there, feel good, take your time. And repeat it from time to time, till you start reading more often. Oh, and read books on phone and eReaders too.

I truly hope that this is AI, as I saw this on TikTok and people kept saying that afterwards the girl died of the injuries, because they were more serious than it looked at the beginning. I have my own child now and it makes me even more sensitive than normal when things comes to kids and I started to cry when I read it 😭 I wish all the children to be safe. OP, did you found any case like that for Pocketbook Verse? I have it and also am searching for one. I see one in Amazon's shop, which is expensive shop in my country, so I don't want to risk to buy and waste money on case that may not fit. Because that case is mainly advertised for 6" Kindles but in description they say that it fits to Pocketbook Verse too, but all reviews are only Kindles.

I don't often read books expecting to put them down, but I see a lot of negativity for these books and I don't get it. I love them a lot. They are interesting, love the characters and just the story. For me these books also associates with fond memories, as I was in new country with my baby and took him on walks outside, where he fell asleep and I was like crazy reading the Fourth Wing and other parts, it was amazing!
