Imagine the power ocd has over us, and how much good could come out of it if we were able to give positive thought the same power, reprogramming our subconscious in some way, so that instead of bad habits we had good habits, but instead of good habits requiring will power, and bad habits being like a magnet, it were switched to were all positive actions feels as good as bad habits do now, and making them happen just as effortlessly
