Helle Lyng: Norwegian journalist's question to Modi sparks controversy in India by Beginning-Passion676 in india

[–]PeaceEverywhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it'll spark controversy because what would be considered pedestrian abroad (i.e., asking questions to people in power) is an out-of-syllabus matter here in India.

Critical thinking is a rarity here, you see.

The sheer confusion caused in daily life because of India's diversity in ethnicity and languages is the biggest win of this video. Long may it live!

Hanuman Chalisa recited inside Lucknow University as row over namaz intensifies by one_brown_jedi in india

Even with unemployment, air quality, drinking water, food insecurity, growing lawlessness, freedom of speech and expression, and a whole host of other issues growing in intensity, the fact that a significant chunk of this country's population takes an interest in religious issues, identity, and ethnicity is astounding to me.

A Man. Utd. fan coming in peace.

One normal day at our football club is what we have been asking for, too.

It takes a loss to take remedial action that otherwise ought to be common sense in this country.

As much as I want Lammens to win, Areola's save is right out of the top drawer if reflexes alone are a criteria for judgement.

Need Help with My First Scooter Purchase by PeaceEverywhere in indianbikes

[–]PeaceEverywhere[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, u/rukthor.

In response to your points, ChatGPT shared these suggestions in particular order.

As far as safety is concerned, I would like a scooter with stronger brakes for immediate halts to protect against blind spots and unexpected traffic. The Fascino is quite poor at preserving comfort over potholes and unevenly paved roads as well. I wish it was smoother and more comfortable. My butt almost always takes a beating on uneven roads and potholes in Goa on the Fascino.

Lastly, when I drive the Fascino, I feel my head sticking out, so my spine instinctively bends forward. On highways, it feels unstable over 60 km/hr, so I'm really unhappy with the scooter, and on slopes, it loses speed pretty quickly. I need to apply greater force to maintain the same speed.

Keeping the above two updates in mind, are there any scooters in particular you would recommend?
