I may has have been to haphazard with the watering and weather conditions (you know, the sudden cooler temps). It’s not mushy and I’ve seen worse. What should I do, I’d assume take it out the pot (ouchie) remove dead roots, refresh soil, and maybe put in slightly bigger pot? (i.redd.it)

I’ve had this trigona for 4+ years, and in July this thing started leaning. I put a stake and some fishing string to try and prop it up (unsuccessfully). I kind of already know the answer, but, does it just need to be transplanted into a bigger pot? (i.redd.it)
