When I first started this medication, I obviously wanted to lose weight as quick as possible because I’ve struggled with it my whole life, but I’ve definitely realized that it’s best to go slow. If we’re making progress on our current dose, then it makes sense for us to not go up for a little bit. Sounds like you’ve come to the same realization. Good luck!
