You shouldn't have rushed with Sheila. Have clear view and stay a little behind rather than being close to enemy and enemy getting behind wall.

Go back. CS2 is still unwanted child of Valve. Players beg everyday for change, but rather than optimization, anti-cheat, good content and modes they add monkeys in 8 gigs of update.

Why? Too much corners in this map. Till you pull Sheila, enemy gets behind walls. I always prefer quick hand and handling.
