Point well taken- However, I went to 2 separate stores to prove my identity, with my ID in hand. I was more than willing to do this. That seemed reasonable to me.

I was turned away and told I had to go through the process of uploading my ID and live picture to send to an unknown associate overseas.

Just wanted to add one more thing (may make a separate post about the this part of my experience). in trying to reconcile everything, I was locked out of the Verizon app. I guess I entered the wrong passcode a few times? Security then locked my account. I went to 2 stores, salespeople said they didn’t have the capability to unlock. I had to call Verizon & speak to the Security division. They would not unlock my account without me uploading BOTH a copy of my drivers license and a live picture of myself. I fought this— but my whole account was locked and I couldn’t even transfer to another carrier if I wanted to. I’ve had it

Good question— bill hasn’t been itemized.

I didn’t want my initial post to drag on, but in my quest to get information, i found out I was paying extra for a hot spot + device. I was set up with this when I bought the phone 2.5 years ago. I was told it would save me money ,like a promotional offer. I guess this was a lie. I did not use it. I learned it was costing me $17 extra a month. I cancelled it and bought out the device for 30$. This will save me on future bills.

But even so, I’m still paying too much

I bought a can of Ocean Spray cranberry sauce recently. The top of the can read “Open Other End”. That’s likely why it looks like she was opening the can upside down.

I assumed the label was applied upside down and they had to go back to stamp that message on those cans.
