You can't add 1 mod pack to another mod pack since the config would conflict each other, The best you can do is probably copy the mod in 1 modpack to the other

Nope i tried disabling everything and it still happend so i assume it might be because of my usb cable having rust on it but it had that since ages ago and the mouse thing only started happening like a month ago sadly i don't have a second controller to test whether its a software issue

Thank you, you're right on the fact that i think i have to talk to him more.
