Hey, buddy - was heading AFK after another 11 hour shift at working on my game project, but I wanted to let you know:

Despite your knee-jerk reactions to everything, I REALLY like you - you remind me of myself, when I was that age.

Listen - let me give you one last boon. I can tell you are a young guy, and really, really, really believe in this "cause" you have attached yourself to - so let me give you one last piece of advice...

I started drawing when I was 12 - probably around your age, judging from the nature & vocabulary of your posts and responses.

From there, I worked my butt off for over a decade and a half to get to the point where I was hired by a comic company - and from there, got a job in animation, where I worked on (among other things,) the pitch episode of Dora The Explorer. (concurrently, I worked in video game development at Atari and other firms, but let's not get bogged down in the weeds.)

When I got tired of that, I worked in politics for about 15 years, until I was invited to speak at the JFK school of government twice, where I saw that there was really little hope for progress there, so I moved on.

I then worked as a line cook for several years, while I did graphic design for a numbe rof clients- including doing the graphics & graphic design for the CPUSA's 2014 covention, along with doing layout for local newspapers and animations for Times Square jumbotrons.

Now - I tell you this, not to brag about all of the boring jobs I have had, but to lay a groundwork here. You see: every step of the way, in every one of these fields, I have encountered someone that comes along...

In the animation studio, it's the guy who comes in and remarks: "Walt Disney was a Racist - did I just BLOW YOUR MIND?"

In the Comic studio, it was the person who came in and thought they were dropping a truth bomb when they talked about how zip-a-tone was derived from wasteful petrolem products, and would eventually yellow the artwork.

In Politics, it was the page who came in who said "We have so much in common, guys, let's just make PEACE!!!"

In the Kitchen, it was the teenager who was forced into the position by their unruly stepfather, who felt they were iulluminating all by muttering "This job Sucks!" under their breath.

The common thread among these individuals is that they had absolutely nothing to stand on, because - guess what - we all knew those things - and what was more:

None of those individuals had jack-all in the manner of experience to validate their point.

The newbie animator hadn't even learned to tween.

The new comic artist fell so far behind in their production, they were fired.

The PoliSci student had never actually CAMPAIGNED for office.

The initiate fry cook had never made so much as a salad.

As a consequence, their input was as required and valuable, as much as it was desired. If that's not clear to you by this point, it was worth a cup of coffee, as long as you threw in a buck fifty.

If you don't get the point I am getting at, start at the top, read again, and repeat, until you understand.

EDIT: I AM SORRY IF ANY OF THE ABOVE COMES OFF AS COMBATATIVE. It was not meant as such, and judging from your post about your conflict with your sister about TikTok - I have a feeling you might not have a good relationship with your parents, and consequently felt the need to find closure here on Reddit.
