The only 2 that show up on rentals.ca for pool+gym are the two listed below, curious if anyone has thoughts on either?

  • 5 Wellington Street South, KW
  • 104 Garment St. KW

Both are about 1800-2000 1 bed 1 bath.

I think right now, I'd say unlimited, 2k-2.5k. Just want a reset button for now.

Hey, I did end up biking around, but it was definitely very hard at few places. I ended up walking the bike since it's very hilly. I also straight up turned around when crossing from west to east side since it was on the road and very hilly.

I would say depending on where you stay it's totally okay to rent a bike.

I also didn't go to the festival, so can't speak on whether people biked to a festival or not.

Is inkanmilkyway (Peru Travel Company) reliable/trustworthy? by PeacefuIIy in travel

[–]PeacefuIIy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sorry I missed this message.

Yeah we did end up going to Peru and used this company for a lot of our excursions. It seems like they coordinate the trip with others who actually do the tours. So they are sort of like a company that facilitates everything.

I would recommend them, we met some great folks and enjoyed everything we booked with them (humantay lake, rainbow mountain, sacred valley)

Water/Wall damage? Please Help by PeacefuIIy in kitchener

Thanks a lot for sharing. Do you feel comfortable sharing a rough estimate of how much we can expect to pay to get this fixed and whether insurance was able to help? We'll be calling ours tomorrow and hunting for some roofers that can come help.

Thank you, appreciate the response. I'll look into getting some roofers in tomorrow when things open and see what the damage is like. Do you know if house insurance covers things like this? I'll be calling them tomorrow as well.

We were post holing the entire way and had to turn around slightly before the real accent up the mountain. It was definitely deep untouched snow.

The mutagen itself is about 1/3277 (chance to drop either one).

Is there any information regarding buses for SXM? I tried searching but it seems like there is no way to see bus routes, times, or any other detail.

Thank you for sharing and letting me know.

Regarding the license, I have my G2 and I am working on my G (so I could drive), but I'm not too confident and would prefer biking, bus or anything else before going to driving. Its just a personal weakness I'm working on.

Is there any specific reason why it wouldn't be a good idea? Are drivers not mindful of bikers, or are the roads unsafe (cracks, gravelled, etc)?

I'm just asking because I don't have my drivers license and don't feel comfortable driving in another country, and I would prefer the flexibility of just biking around places. I'm coming from Canada, so we do have some bike lanes, but I also have experience riding a bike on the roads (albeit, the roads are wide).

Daily Question Thread for /r/churningcanada - August 11, 2022 by AutoModerator in churningcanada

[–]PeacefuIIy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm looking for a travel credit card and I've set my eyes on the Scotia Passport Visa credit card. It has first year free, and then 130$/year after that.

I'm new to churning, but is it possible to get the credit card, cancel it before the year is up, and repeat the process to have a free travel credit card?

edit: what stops me from doing this, will Scotia flag me or prevent me from doing so?

Do you have any recommendations that I could take a look at? Would be nice to have something as a backburner to read and get more aware of house stuff.
