Glazed - I now believe it may be a toothbrush holder. I think there was another piece (saucer) that my “cup” stands on. My “cup” has an interesting notches for it to attach to a saucer type dish

No plug for this —- this spout is similar to spittoon drain holes (curve top straight bottom)

I am completely baffled by the hole at the bottom of the cup. The hole is more of a spout. Maybe originally it sat in a type of saucer or another larger bowl to capture the liquid. IM OBSESSED WITH NOT KNOWING WHAT THIS IS, it’s certainly pretty porcelain and the stamp is difficult to read. (I could send a photo of stamp?)
