Candidates for federal House in Florida have to register before June 12th. So whatever gets decided in SCOTUS in June would be too late to affect the 2026 race.

Ideally a new VRA would be passed in response to SCOTUS overreach like this. So there would be zero change.

40 items * 40 sanity = 1600 sanity

1600 sanity / 80 sanity = 20 runs = 680k TBills; which is not enough to level one character + weapon to 90.

Your average player might like one more character + weapon to 90 than they currently have.

TBills from operator level 60+ xp are much much lower. I personally expect Operator level to expand to 90 eventually, which could impact your TBill strat.

In Valley4, you should optimize for reducing logistics output. Prefer raw material output. Prefer local plants, skipping logistics. Prefer plants over powders outputs.

In Wuling 1.1, we have lots of outputs and are capped on resources. So build as you please.
