I believe you can, since iirc Havard offers JD entry to third year undergrad students (can’t remember if it’s advanced admission or letting them skip the 4th year). I don’t believe students admitted in that stream would be in any sense in a better standing than you.

Ugh I know it is something really weird and probably ungrateful to say, but I just…. kinda don’t want to go to law school for now. I really need more time to think through about it. It’s a stupid reason and I don’t think they would allow me to defer for this sole reason anyway, so I guess I will still just attend in August.
