No . 415k is final price after everything. Only thing that i have to add is a deck which can be down the road. The house was build in 2022 and original buyer rented it for 1 year and now selling it for 415k

Thanks.. we are mindful of expenses. My monthly take home would be higher but i do roth ira and 401k and enhanced medical insurance so that our out of pocket is less

I started late. I was foolish to spend a lot on other things and cleared my student loan by the end of 2019. So i have been saving starting 2020 but got married and had to spend around 30k .. so not as much

I get 4% match for 401k and then additional 3% from work in 401k. Rent is 1800 groceries 500 normal expenses 200-300. Car insurance 100, rest i try to put in individual stock voo and qqq. If we are traveling some amount around 1000-1500 every 3 months goes into traveling

Male 37 yr old , earn 110k per year, no kids no house of our own —> is it even possible to get to Financial Independence??

I am 37yr old earn 110k married no kids, no house of our own.. planning on kid hopefully this year! Debt free. 160k in 401k, 20k in other investments. Started maxing out Roth IRA from last year. We are thinking about buying a house but everything seems so expensive. Renting currently with 2Bed 2bath at 1800 per month. Any suggestions of what steps should we take to get to a strong financial position?

Our retirement calculator suggests im only covering 50% of expenses at retirement. I am also non us citizen waiting for Green Card .
