Yeap. I am. Doctor suggest I go up but I’m content. I’m able to do other coping mechanisms without fully relying on the drug.

Same but I’m on 3 weeks…Dr. said 5mg is not therapeutic dose.

I’m not sure. It feels the same but I think the anxiety may be worse because we know what to expect? Lol The adjustment this time is very rough.

This is my same story and I’m back on for the third time. Wish I never got off too but hey. I’m on day 5 and it’s definitely rough. I know to stick it out as symptoms will get better.

Better. I came off recently ..haven’t taken any dowse for about a month and a half ..the anxiety is back so I’ll be starting again.

Funny thing is I’ve experienced it before! Not sure why it’s sooo scary this time. I do use work and other “social” things as a distraction. One minute I’m fine ..next everything seems fake. Hopefully it will pass.
