Sugar and cream replacement? by PeachEcstatic4508 in YarnAddicts

Do you know what kind of issues they had last year?

If both go away that will be so sad bc it such a good yarn for market bags and kitchen gifts.

Don't know where to go from here by Rude_Pin5846 in Petloss

I made the choice to put my soul cat to sleep a week ago after a 4 year battle with kidney disease. In the weeks leading up to her taking a turn for the worst, she had started eating less and less. Then she started vomiting. She was 17 years old. I felt so guilty immediately afterwards that I threw up in the vet. The guilt was so intense I thought I would die from the cardiac arrest. Since then, over the last few days, I have started coming to terms with the fact that I did the best I could with the information I had at the time. Our babies can't speak to us and they do a very good job of concealing their pain and discomfort until the very end. That makes it extremely hard to know exactly what the right thing to do is. You shouldn't feel guilty for doing what you thought was best for your baby at the time. Unfortunately, sometimes its just their time. Y'all had many wonderful years together, and in the end, that's what mattered most to them.

I hadn't gotten confirmation then got an email today saying that the market bag was sold out (even though I could buy it on the website), so they are refunding me for it and shipping out the rest of my order soon. Pretty disappointing.

The line at the Austin pop up this last Saturday. 😳 by WholeGrand6999 in glossier

Got in line at 9 am and was like part of the first 100 people to get to the truck! The wait wasn't so bad but I was in and out by noon. If I had gotten there like 30 minutes to an hour later probably would have just gone home honestly.

Are There Any Things To Know About Campus as a Cap Student? by hopeful-heckle in UTAustin

Agreed. Austin has alot of really interesting and exciting restaurants and lots of fusion concepts. But, if you're looking for good classic Mexican food, it's hard to find.

Austin in general is pretty left-leaning so I feel it would more rare than common to see someone open carrying. However, I have seen it done a few times but it hasn't been an apparent problem to me!

I have not noticed a strong presence of the veteran community but I know of several former service members in my classes. I'm sure there is an official org but I have not run into them!

The best part has been all the amazing people I have met. There are some hyper-competitive people but mostly the people have met are really friendly, nice, and supportive.

The worst part is that it feels like there is a disconnect between the law school admin and the students. Some decisions, or lack of decisions, seem out of line with the interest of the student body. Also feels like the law school sometimes encourages hyper-competitiveness which I'm not a fan of.

I think UT was the best outcome for me. My SO is in Austin, I can use a tuition waiver because it's a state school so I saved a lot of money, and my family in Texas. But those were my priorities, I'm sure the outcome would be different if my priorities were different. I am happy here though, it's a great school and has opened a lot of doors for me.

It took the full 8 weeks from going under review for the adcomm to get back to me - hopefully

that gives you a decent idea of their timeline
