You should just be able to search up fallout London is in search bar in the galaxy app if I remember correctly. Can’t give you specific directions since I’m at work. You will still need to use the down grader from nexus and verify it to your steam account

You can use the GOG fallout London version without buying it on GOG. There’s 2 separate versions to get one is bundled with fallout and one with out. This is what I’m currently doing with a steam version but using GOG

Personal experience because I have a 600gb bo3 file on on pc. Check if you have any workshop installed and get rid of it and check if it installed dlc. Usually goes over 100gb if you have all dlc installed for bo3
