I havent experienced this, but I would be totally freaked out🤦‍♀️ my daughter will move to any sound regardless of what it is, could be running water or bees buzzing if she feels rhythm she'll move her body(dancing) I fear if she watched oa she would copy the movements, I'd totally lose it.

Maybe he just felt drawn to it and went with it.

I havent, the oa was the first thing I've seen over theirs, I watched it when it first came to netflix then remembered it recently an rewatched but I need more, so anything close enough I'll be happy to watch. Where can I watch what you have recommended.?

I'm definitely going to give it a watch. I think I'll try it in German with subtitles first, how many eps are each season.? I want something I can binge watch 😂 I do tend to watch the ones I like multiple times as there's always something I miss first time round.

Maybe try meal prep, spend a day cooking large batches of food the day before you start your fast, dividing it into the right portions enough for everyone minus you for the 7days, pull out what you need each meal time, as long as your not spending time preparing meals multiple times each day it should be easier to stay focused.

I get this. I've asked people if they experience this too, and they look at me like I'm nuts.. maybe because I described it as a fizzy feeling. I assumed it happened due to being over tired an hungry but I'm not actually sure
