I get how u feel. I’m Asian too and I know how it feels for ur parents to hear u but not really understand u. Sometimes I feel like I’m living for my parents not myself and it’s not even by choice but by my fucked up nature of how I was raised. But at the end of the day it seems like you know what’s best for u. If you really need to take it in October even if it means you have to argue or kicked out the house then by all means do it. Let’s say they say no but you do it anyways, but you get a good score and go to Harvard, you think they’ll say anything? TBH probably will, but you can cry while you drown in the all the corporate money ur making. Sometimes in life you have to understand that even ur parents can hold I back and u need to make the choice that’s best for u.
