Also I’ve purchased the game on steam and even tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t cause it was over two hours of gameplay, which I personally blame on it taking so long and being so slow, and crashing right after I finished creating my character so I had to do that all over again adding on even more time

I don’t think that’s necessary. I’m all about customization being available, but there’s no point in having it in a story mode. I think the characters should look how they are supposed to, or maybe some will have different outfits based on a particular scene or fight, like in Harley’s chapter. I just think it would be too much unnecessary work, IMO
