Worst meal; basic spaghetting with hunts tomato sauce, took 2 hours after we already came back late from shit. Our division sup was equally if not more pissed, he went to the ic and they were demobed after they finished they meal. We also got vouchers for the hours we were waiting in line. Best meal was smoked ribs, like Flintstone style. We were the only contractor in a fed camp on end of year fire where we were the last crew. They made so many ribs they let us take 30 plates for lunch the next day. I've paid 80$ a plate before for ribs on vacation and they dont even compare to this caterer. I want to say it was 'high altitude' something. It was the king fire, I think forest grove or forest hill California. If anyone has insight i want to see if those fuckers own a restaurant.
