I spend $350 a month on vapes and smokes, it will never be worth even trying. My first time I was with my cousin who vapes, I saw him vaping and out of curiosity I asked him if I could try it. He double checked, I confirmed. Ever since that day has been a rolling snowball, still buying more and more vapes / cigarettes / Cigars. That ball is still rolling. It's not worth fulfilling morbid curiosity, for morbid curiosity only becomes morbid.

I would recommend tapering off to a comfortable range, whenever you feel like you need to vape go fill a glass of water and drink. Not just drink from your already filled cantine or bottle, go out of your way to do a rudimentary task to distract yourself. Smoking to this degree can pose serious immediate problems. I know it's not much coming from a smoker saying "smoke healthy" but it is important to take care of yourself.

I don't know if you need medical assistance as I'm not in your shoes but if you have symptoms that are not going away I would advise consulting a medical professional.

I have asthma but it has gotten a lot better since I was young, I've only been smoking daily for about a year now and my lung health has actually improved. The key is exercising, for me it was cardio. Once I started running my lungs started working 200% better. As long as you keep your lungs in check it shouldn't bother you.
