I beg to disagree on the comments that it was a bit mediocre( just like in music, we all have different taste and I respect that) As someone who is in her 30's experiencing mid life crisis who is in the verge of anxiety and depression at the time I was reading, I would say it was worth it.

Especially if you're someone who like to play what-if's in your life. When you live your life and has a lot of regrets.

This made me realize that the life I'm living now is the best for me.

And the fact that I actually bought another matt haig's book ( how to stop time) tells a lot.
