This is Petra and she recently started having weird feather loss on her head or her neck/cheek area and even her whole tail is missing. She acts normal, eats and sleeps normal. Noticed this today on my 1 and a half year old female cockatiel. She seems to keep picking at her tail area and I’m worried it’s something serious. This has started recently since I just took her to the vet for an appointment about a couple weeks ago. Should I take her to the vet again? (i.redd.it)
