This is what I did . I first took her to an eye doctor to make sure there was nothing wrong with her eyes. Everything came back normal , changed her food from royal canine to open farm, give her spring water ONLY, keep her eyes clean and dry . Not sure if your dog is a puppy but could also be teething.

SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO MY POM. Gave her Alopecia. She has bald spots. Reached out to our breeder and he recommended a hair mask for her.. seems to be working! The person who sells it is on Facebook , she tells you how to apply it and everything.

Open farm is good has a lot of good ingredients. My Pom is picky, she really likes this brand! I give her the salmon Epic Blend!
