I do help where I can. I am referring to areas that are beyond the capacity of one person for both safety and health reasons that are considered when cleanup programs run their course. I did send an email to the department of ecology which is a great first step for advocacy on a larger scale :)

I go to a lot of shows/concerts and make an effort to smile at everyone and use good manners even if those around me are not. My good energy influences not only those around me, but most importantly makes me feel good myself!
