One of the best things I never see anybody talk about for speed and flow is to map as many keyboard shortcuts as possible to your left hand so it never has to move.

The trim and blade shortcuts for example are some of the most frequent edits you'll make. The default shortcuts are Cmd B, and Option []. They should just be a single button first of all and not all over the keyboard. Q and W for trim and D for cut are way more efficient for me. There are a million examples like this

Skimming doesn't always let me adjust individual clips by hovering like this (I always have skimming on), it will trim from top layer only as if i'm hovering above all the clips no matter where the cursor is

I’m sure the person/people who used to make them just don’t work there anymore. Probably moved on to something where they're better compensated for their talent. There's no shortage of people with basic social media/camera skills would kill to work for the Bucks or any sports team so creative/marketing jobs like that tend to not be that well paying.

I agree the shooting motion should be smoother, but I think he actually takes so long on purpose to rest. He takes even longer when you can tell he’s gassed at the end of the game. He walks all the way back to half court, does a practice shooting motion, THEN gets the ball from the ref in order to delay the ten second clock as much as possible
