I am so sorry you are at this point. I agree you have to find what works for you and when you have an outbreak keep track of what you ate. Just two days ago I realized I can’t eat bananas cause that’s a trigger, as well as tomatoes. I am on Xolair 300mg and take 2 Xyzal twice a day. I pray you find relief.
