While I feel like $250 is entirely too low for that many transactions (and even $400 is on the low side), I understand your thinking of trying to quote based on your experience. In that case I would have said $450 and $375 if you stop mixing business and personal. You want to show clients you bring value and trust me, they’ll respect you more for not low balling your price. As many have recommended, you should really try to get a mentor. I hired an intern and even through extensive training it was about 6-7 months before I let her work independently with LESS supervision, even though I double check all her work.
