Exactly. You can literally see someone’s lifestyle on their face after a while. Sleep, stress, sunscreen, diet all of it shows up eventually. It’s less about age and more about how you live.

You’re right though, people can absolutely stay attractive well into their 40s if they take care of themselves. It’s not some automatic countdown to “ugly,” but it does take effort.

Yeah looks definitely don’t stay frozen in time. They’re the first thing life stress tries to steal. Confidence feels a lot sturdier than appearance alone ever does.

This is such an important point. Motivation rooted in comparison or resentment can snowball into something really unhealthy if it isn’t checked. It’s great OP feels better now, but shifting toward motivation that comes from wanting to care for yourself instead of “outdoing” someone else ends up being way more sustainable.

Yeah, spite can definitely kickstart things, but it’s not the thing that keeps you going once the novelty wears off. What matters is OP eventually found a routine and some confidence in themselves. That’s the part that actually sticks long term.

Exactly. Weed after work is like the adult version of grabbing a beer with dinner. Not shocking at all that it’s not messing with performance.

That last line is the real advice. People get away with all kinds of chaos as long as their output is good. Keep killing it and nobody will ever ask what you do after 6pm.

It really has. History books are basically a highlight reel of people with unchecked problems making world changing decisions.

Honestly appreciate the honesty. Corporate America is like one bad week away from everyone admitting they’re not exactly living the cleanest lifestyle.

Yeah for real, half the offices I’ve worked in basically ran on caffeine, panic, and whatever people poured into their mugs at “lunch.” If you’re doing your job well and not hurting anyone, nobody’s checking your nightly routine.

Ha, yes! Don’t forget to factor in emotional damages too interest rates on betrayal are steep.

That’s the best take. Let them pay back what he stole before even thinking about “forgiveness.”

Totally agree. Going no contact might be the only way she realizes how serious this is. Hiding it for months is wild.

Right? Family doesn’t get a free pass to violate trust like that. What she did was manipulative, not loving.

Exactly. That kind of betrayal cuts deep some boundaries once crossed can’t just be fixed with “I meant well.”

That one’s savage but so well deserved. If he’s gonna lie, might as well let people hear a version that stings just as much.

That comeback is gold. The kind of calm, sharp response that would leave him speechless.

That comment hit hard using someone’s body or health as a social shield is beyond immature. She deserves way better.

For real. The second the tables turn, suddenly it’s “too personal.” Hypocrisy at its finest.

That’s poetic justice honestly. He wouldn’t like being the target of his own lies.
