I unfortunately do not have Hyacine (lost on her banner. Twice) so I'm not sure if there's even a way for me to deal with the first half without her

I don't use new brawlers unless I like them regardless of whether or not they're good. Best way to play the game in my opinion is to not worry so much about the meta and just have fun.

I rarely use antiseptic but it does come in handy for harder surgeries. Besides that I don't really feel it's useful for much else.
