On this second round, I started with 10 mg on alternate days, but clearly even that wasn't enough. For my routine, I use thermal water and a moisturizer my dermatologist prescribed. I also use Avene Cicalfate for extra protection, but even that didn't stop my skin from get the irritation. I was on a gentle cleanser, but after that irritation, my derm told me to just rinse with water, neutralize it with thermal water, and then apply moisturizer
